| Dear
Mal, .. .. Thanks
again for playing such an important part in what was the most special day of our
lives back in late August. Your bagpipe playing had most people in tears (myself
included!) and I have had so much positive feedback about BUN’ BER E … you catered
for all ages and musical tastes – everyone had a fantastic time. Thanks again.
I consider myself privileged to know you. Regards, Marie
& Rob Madgwick

| Extract
from RSL Magazine Over
the past 30 years, the Legion had the continual support of the family of Piper
John Ketchion & sons, Ian and Malcolm. They have played at the VP Day services,
childrens Christmas part, ANZAC Day concerts and other social events including
funerals of members. I hear the Malcolm was the youngest (at the time chosen)
to play the Lone Piper position at the Edinburgh Tattoo a few years ago. Now we
would like to do something for Malcolm, I have no hesitation in recommending this
group for your functions.

Malcolm While
holidaying near Nambour of X-Mas/New Year, our Pipe Sergeant/and retired Pipe
Major heard your band play at the Nambour New Years Day Scottish Gathering. He
was most impressed with your performance, and also the CD of your band’s music. We
would like to purchase (at least) 6 x CDs …. .. .. Jeanette

Dear Mr Ketchion, ... The music was superb and the enthusiasm from the
crowd wonderful. I must admit it brought back fond memories for me as my dear
grandfather used to be a piper and I was brought up with the sound. .. Once
again, our sincere thanks to you and your band. Kindest regards, Lorraine

| .. .. Another
highlight of the show will be the performance by acclaimed Queensland band Bun’
Ber E who will be launching their first CD – Ceilidh at the show. Bun’ Ber E,
publicly voted No. 1 Celtic Ceilidh Band, has an approach to Celtic music that
sets it quite apart. .. Bongoes
and bagpipes may seen a quantum leap, as may double time reels that suddenly drop
into military marches and reggae rhythms under waltzed, but in the hands of consummate
professionals, good music is always good music – it just gets better. .. Organizers
say that the concert promises to be the best yet and recommend booking early to
avoid disappointment. Jan
