Longing for the day ...

I HATE daylight saving!

I heard the game was on at 5.30 ...

I arranged to be home by 5.30 to watch the game ...

I turned on the TV to watch the Grand Final of the NRL ...

I got half an hour of the second half!

AND Manly kicked serious BUTT!!!!!!!!!

I hate daylight saving and the NRL don't make it any better ...

NEXT Year I'll be better organised. I promise ...

PS - well done, the Beaver. A long and distinguished career comes to an end in the best possible way: with a try in a Grand Final victory. Doesn't get any sweeter, nor more richly deserved (even though he played all his career for Manly)
