Managed to have a large person fall on top of me last night at touch football and have hurt my shoulder. Can't play guitar or even sleep ...
Plenty to do, not much capacity to do it. Kids have been very supportive and helpful ...
Physio is coming to look at it tomorrow. Until then I'll just have to do what I can.
